I have been working by Telefonica since 2006; I'm part of support team and manage the Remedy applications. Now a days we looking to implement a ITIL process in area support to improve oure services. Some activities that I have been doing are: - Problems resolution, Implement ARSystem Aplication (Remedy Help Desk, Remedy Change Tasking, CMDB, SLAs, Asset, Email Engine, MidTier), on Windows and Unix environments, with Data Base Oracle and Microsoft SQL.. - Tuning Applications - Flashboards Deployment and Implementation. - Deployment Crystal Reports for Remedy Applications. - Upgrades ARS System Server - Analyses, Designed, Deploy and Implement an Internal Application in Remedy 7.0.1. - Project Control, Training applications. - Expanded sales to include mass-market accounts, give presentation and demos applications, and ITIL process in Service Desk.
