A Strategic Manager with over thirteen years experience in the Information Technology and telecommunications industry with extensive Knowledge and experience in IT Service Delivery, Infrastructure Management, Strategy, policy formulation and Change Management. Also has good experience in Project management and understanding of IP networking concepts, has been a team lead of the IBM SAN storage installation at Safaricom that saw a transformation in the data storage concept, also has expertise in the following messaging systems: Microsoft Exchange 5.5 enterprise, Exchange 2003 server enterprise, Blackberry E-mail solution and Intellisync Mobile mail solution as well as MS Windows Server operating systems. Currently a Head of ICT department leading a team of 70 staff with radio telecommunications, IT infrastructure and software as well as revenue collections systems sections with operations across Kenya, managed to steer the team to achieve great results and win the 2011 Directors Bronze award.
