Justin is a business-savvy ITIL certified Escalation Manager with proven IT Service Management experience and track record. With multi-cultural and cross-countries experience, he has worked with all levels within multiple organizations and have the technical acumen to drive the resolution of complex issues in a cross-functional and multi-supplier environment.

17 years in the IT industry, the past 8 of which at the top echelon of the Manufacturing Industry, an Aircraft parts manufacture, whose customers were the likes of Boeing and Airbus. Successfully implemented and managed the ERP system. Was attached to Westland Helicopters and GKN Aerostructures in England whereby was able to learn the, “Industry Standard”, also trained on Lean Manufacturing and TPM. Proud to be a pioneering member of the Technical Team behind the successful implementation of "Self Serviced Petrol Kiosks" in this region, for Shell, Caltex and Petronas in the mid 1990's. Now part of Implementation Team for MS Dynamics NAV coupled with Motorola Sales Force Automation for a Spice manufacturer and distributor. Main area of expertise is Manufacturing Systems.
