I'm a young vibrant person with keen interest in IT service management. Currently working as a IT Client Service Manager in a health care sector. I currently working towards completing ITIL life cycle. I have also successfully completed COBIT 5. I look forward to gain more experiance through interactions with more experianced people. I'm in the process of defining the ITIL road map for my current employer.
