Persuing a Doctorate with the remaining hurdle the Dissertation. The original topic selected was ITIL from a U.S. perspective. This was chosed when ITIL V2 was released, with 2 iterations since then. The topic of ISO/IEC 20000 from a U.S. perspective has led me to learn COBIT ( I completed CISA accrediation ), attend the ISO/IEC 20000 consultant course, and have previously completed the ITIL V2 Service Manager course. My objective is to continue to apply my 30 years of IT experience for my organization.
