ITIL Qualification/Certification

I am ITIL Certified professional who is currently working for BP Americas . Managing various SLM process e.g. Incident, Problem , Change, Config Mgmt and Service Continuity Management with the suppliers. Also sit on the champion network across BP Segments to ensure we are using the standard approach in terms of all these process with adequate synchronization.

I am an ITIL Certified Manager and wish to redo the Manager's level for ITIL V3

I am Santosh working at Thomson Reuters office Bangalore. I am ISEB certified in Software Asset Management. I wish to be certified in ITIL.
