Service Level Management

PMP certified ITIL v3 certified. ITSM Master's training - ongoing endeavor.

I've worked in various areas of IT for about 15 years. My previous role was Service Desk Manager at an insurance company in Wisconsin. I recently started at an insurance corp in Illinois as a Governance and Control Manager. I am looking to increase my skills in the various methodologies related to governance, controls, service level management and auditing.

I´m certified in Itil v2 Foundations. Actually I´m managing support processes at four Service Desks
