Dr. Shue-Jane L. Thompson is the Director of Enterprise Engineering for the Lockheed Martin Information Systems & Global Solutions, Chief Technology Office. Her roles focus on services strategies and technology implementation. With more than two decades of professional experience, including leading and managing many large nation-wide and international businesses and IT programs, she possesses the critical business and technology skills to deliver needed solutions to the U.S. Federal Agencies, the Department of Defense, state, and local, and commercial customers. Dr. Thompson received two Masters of Science degrees with honors, one in Atmospheric Science from National Taiwan University, and the other in Information Systems from Hawaii Pacific University. She also holds a Doctoral Degree in Management from University of Phoenix. Ms. Thompson is an honoree for the IEEE Distinguished Visitor Program for 2005-2010 and a Distinguished Professional® for the IT Service Management Forum (ITSMF USA). She also received the 2009 Paul C.T. Liu Distinguished Alumni Award from Hawaii Pacific University and the 2004 eGov Most Innovative Knowledge Management Implementation Award. She holds several professional and technical certifications such, PMI PMP, ITIL V3 Expert and V2 Service Manager, Service Level Management Practitioner & v2, v3 Foundation, HP OpenView Administrator, and BMC Patrol Developer. She teaches information systems at several universities and often presents at conferences and symposia.
