itSMF Italy - Call for Papers - 2010 Conference

For many years, itSMF promotes the spread of IT Service Management best practices in Italy and many
organizations have started their journey in order to adopt them. The subject of our Conference is "IT Service
Management: where we are and where we want to go". From one side the goal is to explore the situation in our
country, the level of maturity achieved and the main difficulties found. From the other side the attention will be
focused on the future, to understand which are the next steps that organizations are undertaking to improve their
maturity.

itSMF Ireland AGM & Membership Event

itSMF Ireland (www.itsmf.ie) are pleased to announce that their AGM will take place in the Camden Court Hotel, Dublin on Thursday May 27th. This is a key event for the Chapter and we encourage all members to make every effort to attend.

Preceding the AGM we are delighted to announce that one of our own members, Mark O'Loughlin will launch his new book The Service Catalog.

itSMF UK Conference 2010 - announced for London 8th & 9th November 2010

We are pleased to announce that the itSMF UK Conference this year will be held at the newly refurbished and centrally located Novotel London West, on the 8th & 9th November.

itSMF Malaysia hosts 2nd annual international conference

itSMF Malaysia held their 2nd Annual Conference on Thursday, October 22, 2009, at Cititel Mid Valley hotel, Kuala Lumpur. The Conference is the second since it's inception in 2008, and drew more than 177 partipants.

This year's event promised to be more interesting than last - with its catch phrase "ITSM- implement value-added solutions".
We highlighted more than 10 vendors who are experts in processes, tools and leaders in the industry, with a record 14 speakers running 2 parallel tracks in the afternoon.

An increasing number of companies are focusing on IT Service Management and basing their work processes on ITIL. Since 2003 the IT Service Management Forum (itSMF) in Norway has arranged conferences on an annual basis, and the number of participants increases each year. This conference represents Scandinavia's largest IT Service Management forum.
