• itSMF UK, in association with the Best Management Practice Partnership, published An Introductory Overview of ITIL V3
  (2007), a handy, pocket-sized book describing the key principles of IT Service Management. It provides a high-level overview of each of the core publications within ITIL V3 (2007).  It remains available here.

• ITIL 2011 Glossaries in English and other languages are available from the Best Management Practice site here.

• ITIL V3 (2007) Alignment White Papers - These white papers have been commissioned by OGC and they are aimed at supporting the ongoing development, effectiveness, and practical application of ITIL. The Alignment White Paper series includes:
  • Application Services Library (ASL)
  • ISO/IEC 20000
  • CoBIT
