About Me: 
I have been managing ICTservices for since 2004 as SLM, I later started BRM section in out IT department under the banner of IT (Services) Portfolio Magement. I then moved on to my current function where I am resposible for Service Management and IS Contract management. Previous to this I invested 7 years in Programming (COBOL, CSP (IBM), ABAP/4 (SAP), Oracle), Application Specialist 2 years (Forex Treasury (CSP), 2 years Sales Order Processing (SAP- S&D), 3 years SAP Systems Admin (BC, Oracle, Win NT), and 3 years managing SAP teams & Project Management.
